It’s been almost a year since my wife wanted to start eating healthier. I thought it would be good to join her so she wasn’t doing it alone, and I felt I needed to get rid of the junk food that was on my daily platter. It wasn’t an enjoyable beginning of it, but the results were what kept us both going.
Now, I’m incorporating running into the mixture. After posting this, I’ll be going for my run this morning. Hoping it’ll be a good one!
Besides my health, my consistency is a work in progress. I have started numerous writing projects from short stories to novels, but I don’t stick with them and stay on the path until completed. So my consistency is what I need to work on — because my half-baked projects sitting on my computer would probably be finished if I were to keep at it.
My blog is an example of consistency that I would like to work on. More posts to share, and not so spread out.
