Most of the time I have to read and write is usually before it’s time to sleep for the night. Usually, about 10-15 minutes into either of the two, I’m yawning and just about ready to call it a night. Some nights I do find myself staying up later with either or, but at the cost of less sleep and feeling tired the next day. Take sleep out of my routine, who knows how many books and writing projects I can accomplish!
I’d also be able to catch up on movies and TV shows. The backlog of what I want to watch is catching up with the list of books I have on my shelf or my Kindle. It doesn’t help that there are a dozen streaming platforms, and each one is coming up with a show or movie I want to watch.
All this is if I’m the only one who doesn’t need sleep here, and everyone else still relies on it. Then no one would bother me during the night!
